I’ve been lucky enough to work with the lovely team at Great Rail Journeys on multiple freelance projects over the past couple of years. They first got me in to help edit down their tour guides into bitesize itineraries for their printed brochures. With amazing worldwide trips that are jam packed with once-in-a-lifetime experiences and exciting excursions, I can tell you that cutting down the copy was no mean feat! It’s a careful balancing act of getting the tour highlights across in a concise way, that will still inspire potential bookers.
Travel copy is my favourite topic to write about so I was chuffed to be brought on board again to help with writing a whole host of customer emails as well as website landing page copy for various rail and cruise tours.
